Return Policy and Order Terms

Receiving Your Order

Upon receipt of your order, please immediately:

  • Inspect the package for any external damage
  • Remove all packaging and thoroughly examine the items
  • Verify that all received items match your order confirmation and packing list

If you discover any discrepancies or issues, please contact us at +0065 83561000 to arrange for a replacement. Note: Items that have been installed or modified cannot be returned.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before processing (Cut, Sheared, or Plate Saw Cut)
  • For cancellations, contact us immediately at +0065 83561000

Return Guidelines

Standard Returns

  • Only unprocessed stock size materials are eligible for return
  • A 30% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns
  • Returns must be shipped to: JYT Steel 7500A Beach Road Singapore, 199591

Return Requirements

  • All returns require an RMA (Return Material Authorization) from JYT Steel
  • Material will be inspected upon return before processing any refund
  • Items that have been cut, machined, or undergone any secondary processing cannot be returned

Incorrect or Damaged Items

  If JYT Steel Supply processes an order incorrectly, we will:

  • Prioritize correcting your order
  • Waive standard return policy restrictions
  • Handle errors in quantity, quality, or processing at no additional cost

Claims and Warranties

Claim Requirements

  • All claims must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from billing
  • Claims may include defects, damages, shortages, and allowances
  • Material found to be defective must be returned to us or directed to the mill as specified

Warranty Limitations

  • JYT Steel Supply makes no warranties, express or implied
  • Our liability is limited to:
    • Defects that develop immediately upon delivery or installation
    • Replacement of defective articles at our option
    • Credit for the purchase price
  • We are not liable for:
    • Labor costs
    • Cartage fees
    • Consequential damages
    • Direct damages
    • Errors in "taking off" lists of materials
