316 Stainless Steel Flat Bar
316 Stainless Steel Flat Bar
Contact form
316/316L stainless steel flat bar is a premium austenitic steel product that features excellent corrosion resistance. As the second most popular grade after 304, this stainless steel flat bar contains molybdenum, which significantly enhances its resistance to chloride environments. The 316L variant offers enhanced weldability due to its lower carbon content, making it ideal for heavy-gauge welded components without risking precipitation in the 800°F to 1500°F range.
