Made from premium alloy, 316L stainless steel spring wire offers exceptional resistance to high temperatures and corrosion, meeting global standards ASTM A313/JIS G4314/EN 10270-3. This durable stainless steel spring wire is widely used for springs, including compression, tension, and torsion types, supporting sectors such as automotive, medical, electronics, and pump sprayers.

Type 316 stainless steel is an austenitic chromium-nickel alloy with molybdenum, enhancing general corrosion resistance, especially in chloride-rich environments, and increasing strength in high temperatures. Type 316L, a low-carbon variant, minimizes carbide precipitation during welding, which makes it ideal for highly corrosive conditions. Similar to 304/304L alloys, 316L stainless steel is more robust at elevated temperatures and highly resistant to sulfuric, hydrochloric, acetic, formic, and tartaric acids, as well as acid sulfates and alkaline chlorides.
